Iknow’s Simon Trussler hosted a webinar on June 22, 2017, titled “Analyzing the KM Achievement Gap: Are we getting the most out of our KM programs?” The webinar was sponsored by the American Productivity and Quality Center (APQC) in Houston, Texas.
Dr. Trussler described the challenges faced by many organizations when their knowledge management capability has stalled or is losing momentum; and he introduced a diagnostic methodology for helping organizations to renew their stalled programs.
