Privacy policy

Last updated September 2026

This policy explains what information this website collects, why it is collected and what happens to it. In short: we collect what you choose to send us through the contact and call-request forms, the routine technical logs any website keeps and, where you allow it, visit statistics from Google Analytics. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell personal information.

1. Information we collect

Contact form. When you send us a message we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, organization (if given), the reason you chose, your message and the page you sent it from. We email you to confirm that it arrived.

Call requests. When you ask for an intro call we receive your name, email address, organization (if given), the reason you chose, your message, the day and time you picked and the language of the page. We email you to confirm the request, and when the team confirms the call you receive a calendar invitation by email.

Technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability. These are retained for a limited period and are not used to build profiles.

Your country, for the cookie notice. To decide which cookie notice applies to you, the site asks our hosting provider which country your connection comes from. The provider works this out from your IP address; the site uses the answer only to choose the notice and does not keep it.

Cookies and browser storage. The public website sets no advertising or profiling cookies. Google Analytics sets its cookies only when analytics is on (see the next paragraph). The site keeps a few settings in your browser: your cookie choice, whether you have paused animations and, for the length of a visit, the order of the case-study list. A session cookie is used only for authorized staff who sign in to the content management area. Our hosting provider also counts page views in aggregate, without cookies or personal identifiers, so we can see which pages are read.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. When it is on, Google receives the pages you view, the page that referred you, your browser and device type and your approximate location, worked out from your IP address, and sets cookies that recognize a returning browser. The site tells Google not to use this data for advertising or personalization. Where the law asks for consent first, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Brazil, analytics stays off until you accept it; elsewhere it runs unless you turn it off. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, analytics stays off.

2. How we use it

We use the information you send us to respond to your enquiry or call request and, where you ask us to, to prepare a proposal or schedule a conversation. Enquiries and call requests may be recorded in our client relationship system so we can follow up properly. We use analytics only to see how the site is used and to improve it.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making and we do not send marketing email you have not asked for.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this website and our follow-up on our behalf: our hosting platform, our transactional email provider and our client relationship system, each bound to process it only for us. When analytics is on, the analytics data described above goes to Google, which provides Google Analytics. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

4. Retention

Enquiry messages and call requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and any resulting engagement, then deleted or archived. Server logs are kept for a short rolling window.

5. Your choices

You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email info@iknow.us and we will respond promptly.

You can change your analytics choice at any time from Cookie settings at the foot of every page. Turning analytics off stops measurement from that moment.

6. International visitors

Iknow LLC is based in the United States and this website is served from infrastructure in the United States. By using the site you understand that information you send us is processed there.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date. Material changes will be flagged clearly.
