Accessibility statement

Iknow LLC wants everyone to be able to use this website. Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, and accessibility is checked as part of every release.

1. What we do

The site is built with semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks so screen readers can navigate by structure. All interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard.

Text and interface colors are chosen for sufficient contrast against the dark background. Text can be resized in the browser without loss of function.

Images carry alternative text. Animation on the site is decorative and contained: nothing flashes, nothing moves essential content and no information is conveyed through motion alone.

The site is available in English, Spanish, French and Arabic, with correct right-to-left presentation for Arabic.

2. Conformance status

The site has been live since 15 September 2026. It is built to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the standard used for the ADA and Section 508, and every success criterion at that level is listed with its status in our conformance register at iknow.us/accessibility-status.

The formal audit ran on 17 September 2026: automated scans of every page template in all four languages (which also run against the live site every night), a keyboard-only walkthrough, the accessibility tree read as a screen reader reads it, text-spacing and 200% reflow tests, and contrast measurement. It found one problem, the resting border of the contact form's fields, which was fixed the same day. The audit was carried out by Whitelam Media, which built the site; the site has not been audited independently.

Known limitations. Testing has not yet included screen-reader software itself. The decorative animations play by default: the Pause animations control, at the start of every page for keyboard users and in the footer, stops them, and entrance effects are reduced automatically when your device is set to reduce motion. The conformance register is in English on every language version of the site.
