Iknow LLC was recently added to the State of Tennessee’s Managed Services Provider (MSP) Program. This program places Iknow LLC on a pre-qualified vendor list for certain statement of work, milestone, or deliverable-based project services in the area of knowledge management and related services for up to $1,000,000.
The MSP Program is a mandatory use contract for the State of Tennessee, which means that any state government agency that wishes to procure services that fall within the parameters outlined above need to utilize this contract vehicle. This contract is in effect from December 2017 to December 2022.
This represents the second contract that Iknow LLC holds with the State of Tennessee. In 2016, Iknow was added to the State of Tennessee’s Pre-Qualified Vendor List for IT Projects Professional Services. The purpose of the pool is to allow qualified businesses to submit Project Quotes on Statements of Work (SOW) from state agencies requesting professional services for IT projects. Technical categories covered by the contracts include: Application/System Development; Data Management and Business Intelligence; and Strategic Planning. This contract permits the State of Tennessee to procure an indefinite quantity of services during the three-year contract period which can be extended for an additional two years.
