Scott Leeb Will Keynote KMICE Conference 2016 in Thailand

Iknow Engagement Director Scott Leeb will deliver the keynote address to the 8th Annual Knowledge Management International Conference (KMICE) in Chiang Mai, Thailand, on August 29-30, 2016. Leeb’s presentation is titled, "Big Data to Knowledge Discovery."

Leeb said “I am honored to have the opportunity to speak at such a prestigious international gathering. I look forward to exchanging ideas and engaging with knowledge management experts from around the world.”

Leeb is an Engagement Director with Iknow LLC, a leading management and technology consulting firm that focuses on the knowledge management space. In this capacity, Leeb develops knowledge management solutions for federal, state, and corporate markets by concentrating on strategy definition and governance, knowledge capture and content management, business process design, systems integration, and change management. Prior to this, Leeb had more than 15 years’ experience creating, managing, and growing the global business intelligence and knowledge management programs at four U.S. Fortune 500 companies (Prudential Retirement, McGraw-Hill, KPMG, and Ingram Micro) and a leading international philanthropy (The Rockefeller Foundation). He is currently on the faculty at the University of Johannesburg and is a former Chairman of the Board of SCIP (Strategy and Competitive Intelligence Professionals).

Leeb has spoken in Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, and North and South America on a wide range of topics including competitive intelligence, business intelligence, market intelligence, and strategy and knowledge management. He began his career as a senior intelligence analyst for the U.S. Army, specializing in East Asian political-military affairs. Leeb holds M.A. degrees from The Australian National University and Columbia University, a B.A. degree from Yale University, and a language certificate from Beijing University.
