Mr. Scott Leeb, a Senior Consultant with Iknow LLC, will be giving a keynote speech at the forthcoming first international inter-disciplinary conference to be held at the Radison Blue Hotel in Lusaka, Zambia. The theme of the conference is ‘Knowledge Sharing and Innovation Competitiveness for Responsive Development Agenda’. The conference will take place from August 23rd – 25th, 2017.
This conference is being organized with logistical and technical support from the Zambia Research Development Centre (ZRDC)/Information and Communications University (ICU – Zambia) with other partners.
Mr. Leeb will be speaking on the topic of big data and competitive intelligence, drawing from his experience having created and managed the global competitive intelligence function at four Fortune 500 companies.
Mr. Leeb is an Engagement Director with Iknow LLC, a leading management and technology consulting firm that focuses on the knowledge management space. In this capacity, Leeb develops knowledge management solutions for federal, state, and corporate markets by concentrating on strategy definition and governance, knowledge capture and content management, business process design, systems integration, and change management. Prior to this, Leeb had more than 15 years’ experience creating, managing, and growing the global business intelligence and knowledge management programs at Prudential Retirement, The McGraw-Hill Companies, KPMG, Ingram Micro, and a leading international philanthropy, The Rockefeller Foundation. He is currently on the faculty at the University of Johannesburg and the University of Maryland and is a former Chairman of the Board of SCIP (Strategy and Competitive Intelligence Professionals).
